TRAINING & PUBLIC SPEAKING

One of the more rewarding aspects of digital forensics is the opportunity to teach people about it. We are geeks at heart and are passionate about the work we do. We think digital forensics is pretty cool, and we love to share our passion with others.

One of the services we offer in this regard is training. We’ve been fortunate to help teach hundreds of people in digital evidence and computer forensics over the years. We believe that in teaching others, we also improve our own knowledge of the field. It makes us better at the work we do. One of the training programs we continue to volunteer for is the bi-annual IACIS Basic Computer Forensic Examiner program, a rigorous multi-stage process that takes a student on average 5-6 months to complete. Volunteering for this program helps keep our technical skills sharp, but even better is seeing a student overcome the tremendous challenges to earn their highly coveted certification.

Our training can be tailored to whatever a group, agency or firm would like: digital evidence handling, basic mobile forensics, computer forensics for first responders, etc. When it comes to electronic media, the possibilities for training are almost limitless.

In addition to teaching, we are available for public speaking engagements on virtually any facet of digital forensics requested.  These types of talks are appropriate for any legal conference or continuing legal education (CLE) event. We enjoy the opportunity to speak about digital forensics any chance we get, and we tend to have a lot of fun presenting technical (geeky) concepts for everyone to understand.

If you have any training or public speaking needs, please feel free to contact us for more information.
